A: The client can buy the program through our site, at Buy NetFilter. Means of payment: payment bill, credit card or bank deposit.
2) I have already paid the bill, but I still haven’t received anything. What happened?
A: The payment through payment bill requires a bank confirmation which can take until two days. As soon as we receive the confirmation, we will send you an e-mail with the program’s activation key.
3) How do I get the product?
A: After payment confirmation, we will send you an e-mail with the activation key and the link for downloading the program.

5) Can I use the same activation key in two computers?
A: No, each computer should have its own activation key.

7) I have formatted my computer. How can I reinstall NetFilter?
A: When the computer is formatted, it is necessary to revalidate the activation key. In order to do this, please contact our support team, informing the key.
8) Is there an instruction manual for the use of the program?
A: Yes, there is. Click on NetFilter’s icon, near the computer’s clock, and select option “help”.
9) What should I do to change program configurations?
A: Click on NetFilter’s icon, near the computer’s clock, and select option “Launch NetFilter Control Center”.
10) I forgot my password, what should I do?
A: Please contact us by phone.
11) I have updated my NetFilter from version 2.50 to 3.0, and now I can’t access the internet anymore. What happened?
A: Probably your browser has active proxy.
12) I can’t access the internet, what should I do?
A: First, check out if you are really connected to the internet. Then, make sure there is no firewall blocking the program.
Following this, verify your browser’s proxy configurations.
If this does not work, do the diagnosis test in order to check if the program connections are working normally.
For running the test: Click on NetFilter’s icon > About NetFilter > Troubles solving > Start test.
